Genigraphic Plexi Collages
Circa 1986
The digital images were generated on a Genigraphic system and through vector masking techniques output onto film via a film recorder and burned into a single film frame. They were then printed from film to C-prints.
From the C prints, 3D shapes were cut out and mounted onto archival foam core and constructed into 3D collages.
The finished collages were mounted onto UV plexi.
